Hi,

To cancel your account, the easy way is to visit http://www.crunchyroll.com/nuke, which will let you immediately delete. However, if you have other billing issues you want to talk through, I always suggest using the Contact Us link found at the bottom of every page and selecting the "Billing" option.

Okay, OP nuked, so I'm closing this thread - wasn't planning on it originally, despite the timing predictions of the early posts, but after the nuke I'm willing.

But to answer the hanging question, yes, it is far more effective to contact support with billing issues than it is to post in the general discussion forum, where this thread was created.
