I don't think there's a simple way just to fall asleep whenever you want to. I think the best way is probably to get into a routine and sleep at the same time every night. Don't sleep more than 8-9 hours because oversleeping will probably cause you to stay awake longer during the day which means you'll probably sleep later than your regular sleeping time.

I heard that one hour after exercising will make your body easier to fall asleep.

Minimize blue light exposure during the night. (try https://justgetflux.com/ it will take a bit to get used to it but its worth it)
Avoid late exercise
If you need to force your sleeping pattern back on time try taking diphenhydramine though that has diminishing returns on effectiveness and is practically useless after three nights in a row. (if this doesn't fix it after 3 days you should probably see a doctor)

The "turn" method. When your brain sends a signal to your body making you move, fight it. Don't move until this happens at least three times. Your body needs to send the message to your brain telling it that it's sleep time.

400mg of seriquil will put you out for a good 18 hours untill you get used to it. then your only out for 14.

Have a healthy diet. you'll sleep like a baby. I sleep about 7 1/2 hours every night and feel great when I wake up. Average bed time is 12-130 and I get up 8-930 no alarms. Itll change your life op
