I did! It was super awesome! 6 of the songs I recognized, many I did not. I've been trying to get a setlist so I can find some of the songs I didn't recognize and get them.

A bunch of cosplayers did a great job. There were more male cosplayers going as Miku and Rin than I expected though, and I did expect quite a few. Their cosplaying was ... subpar.

Concert was fantastic! If you are able to go to the one in NY but are on the fence about it, don't be. It's well worth going to and exceeded my expectations. I had concerns about the concert but they were unfounded. There were a couple of english songs but only a couple. It was roughly 2 hours long and was mostly but not all Miku. I think they did a good job of balancing it.

I'm getting ready to leave tomorrow for my drive to New York City

been looking forward to this moment for years.

I'm confused about ticketmaster's thing, though. apparently I can use a "mobile" ticket by just showing my phone to the ticket taker and I won't need to print out a ticket? at least... I hope I won't have to print out a ticket... because I don't have a working printer at home right now.

Yes, in your ticket email from ticketmaster, there should be a link to page with your ticket. There's a QR code on it and they scan that right off your phone. It's pretty handy!

My flight leaves at 5:30am tomorrow but I don't think I'm gonna sleep at all tonight! Woooooo can't wait.

LA song setlist. NY had the same songs, just in a different order.

Just got back home after catching the two shows in New York. It was beyond my expectations; I am a much bigger fan now than I was and I intend to never miss an opportunity to go to another live show.

It was said about Elvis that he had a way of making eye contact with the audience unlike most other performers that made you feel like he was singing to you whether you were in the 1st or the 101st row. I don't know if it was just my imagination or if it's just a happy accident of the technology or if they tried to produce the effect, but I got that feeling from Miku that she was singing to me even when I was in section 201 Friday and again when I was in row 4 on Saturday.

I had a blast at the Miku Expo! I went the 18th in NY, and it was incredible to see so many Miku fans gathered in one place!

I'd appreciate it if you guys checked out my full review of the event here:

Am I the only one who thinks that LA got a better deal than NY? LA had an outside Halloween Party, with Karaoke, the Pumpkin Dome, a dance party with famous Miku DJs, an artist area, and TONS more merchandise by GOOD SMILE. They even had their own logo!

New York got a mini exhibition, with only DISPLAYS of the merchandise from GOOD SMILE, and some artwork displayed. The piapro wall was tiny, too. The only unique things about the event in NY, was the life size statue, and that it lasted 10 days.

Don't get me wrong, I had a blast seeing all that stuff, and I would do it again and again-I just think that Los Angeles got a better deal.
