Whenever I go fullscreen I get this pop-up in the lower left corner, and nothing I do makes it disappear. It's not a massive deal, since I can use the pop-out player or Firefox, but.. if anyone knows how to turn that off, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

Try hitting the Alt-Tab key combination to make sure that focus is on the Flash player.

If that doesn't have any effect: Are you using Chrome's built-in Flash, or Adobe Flash on your system? If you are able to, go to about://plugins page in your browser, find the version of Adobe Flash Player that is Type: PPAPI, disable it and see if that gets rid of the pop-up.

According to the context menu on the video, I'm using version 14.0.0.125, I'll try disabling it. I have gone through the alt-tabbing to make sure it's selected. Thanks for the tip, will report back with an edit in a minute.

I don't understand what you mean by Type: PPAPI though.

Disabling just gave me "You either have Javascript turned off or an old version of Flash Player." where the video should be. No dice.

I'm assuming you're running Windows, but if that's not the case, you may have a different experience; for example, external versions of Flash are blocked on Linux versions of Chrome.

On the plugins page, there should be at least two listings for Flash, one is PPAPI (part of Chrome) and the other(s) is NPAPI (installed for all browsers).

There's a picture on this page that shows the difference: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enable-system-flash-player-google-chrome.html.

If you don't have a current version of Flash installed on your computer, you may want to update it: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_redirect.
