Hello dear Crunchyroll users,

i am new to this website, the moment i realized the auto play skip to next episode and return exactly where you left, or just simple exit browser change device for keep watching. was some amazing features, so already started my 14 days trial and where i already want to keep support after the 14 days. So the site is amazing, but i'm new. so i had a question if you can help.


the issue is that, sometimes on some animes, the video freezes and it automaticly sends me to next episode so i only get to watch to the certain frozen moment, since i'm new, how do i fix this? do i just report the videos it happends at, or is it a fault from my side?

Hi,

I moved this over to Site Support for you, since it seemed like a better place for your question I'm not sure about the problem, though.. are you using Chrome to view the shows by any chance? There's an issue with Chrome's built in Flash player that can sometimes cause trouble like that, so to disable it, you could:
Open a Chrome browser and go to: chrome://plugins
From here disable Chrome’s built in Flash Plugin.

That should fix things up.

That's great I was just wondering if the fault was from my side of the sites side . And yes I often use chrome
