I've bought a few things and have been satisfied but just recently bought an item that was damaged either while it was stocked or on its way to my mail box , in the process of contacting the vendor, i wanted input on the experiences of other customers of the crunchyroll store. Like if the vendor responded and how they did? or if they did anything or just give some bs excuse that they can't do anything for you.
Also if crunchyroll intervened in some way to help out the people who buy and get screwed over.

First time i've been in this situation when buying stuff online.

I've been nothing but disappointed. They are incredibly slow to ship.

I've ordered 5 things from the CR Store.

3 of the things came to me in perfect condition in more or less great time.

1 is a pre-order.

The last was a pre-order that CR had to cancel because of something the distributor was changing.

I've yet to have any negative experiences with CR Store, when I have had an issue they usually resolve it within a few days. I usually wait less time for shipping than a lot of the other Japanese Hobby Stores.
I am a Nendoroid collector so most of the things I buy are Nendos/Nendo Petites. So far all have arrived in excellent condition. I did order a bag that arrived with a broken clasp but seeing as it was something I could easily fix myself I didn't bother contacting them about it.

One thing to keep in mind is that not everything that is sold on CR store is actually at CR, often it is sold through another company , when that's the case I tend to expect shipping of an item to take a little longer.

Their shipping is incredibly SLOW, always delaying pre-orders.

A lot of times that's because the release of the pre-order in Japan has been delayed, thus pushing back the estimated arrival date to CR's warehouse. I had the 2012 Racing Miku figure ordered in January of 2013, but release date delays kept pushing the date back until that September, and I got it from CR the next month in October.

It has been suggested before, and CR has acknowledged, there should be a system in place to notify customers when a pre-order item is delayed. I think Bjaker said in a thread before that they were looking into a notification system.

I've made dozens of purchases in the last two years, many of them taking advantage of Deal of the Day offers that save me money over buying directly from the manufacturer or other vendor. I patiently await for each pre-order. If you want faster shipping methods, you have other buying options elsewhere.
