Coraline and the Rocky series.

Coraline is the story of a 11yo girl who wishes for more attention from her parents but finds it from her other mother who is really evil. It is a movie that I fell in love with it may look like a kiddy movie but is somewhat of a dark ghost story. It is often mistaken to be a Tim Burton production and I would also recommend Paranorman made by the same company.

Rocky really explains itself.
