I have been subscribed to Crunchyroll for 4 months now and I just got back to go use it again only to be told I wasn't a Premium Memeber and that I haven't made a payment since March. I checked my paypal and it showed I'd paid for April, May, and June all payments had gone through. I know for a matter a fact it has worked up till this point because I was able to use the same account for the past 4 months on my PS3.

I feel very cheated I have receipts and everything I would really like this resolved because I have enjoyed the service.

Does the web address say "http://www.crunchyroll.com/"? if not you should check that first.

I contacted them via http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact and haven't received any message back from them...

Was hoping the forum might be able to get me some more help.

I was not asked in the email to respond, only to sit tight for 2 days. Is there something that they need from me because they did not clarify it. Obviously when someone pays you for something and they don't get that something they are going to be upset so what I said should be understandable.

This problem is also occurring with my friend's account: http://www.crunchyroll.com/user/SaryChen

She has a 12 month premium subscription, but she was logged out today and when she logged back in her premium status was gone. It's only been a little over one month, so something is wrong.

I have the receipts for the $59 payment and all that. You need fix this nonsense. And yes, I've used the support contact form. I'm just voicing my dissatisfaction here too.

That was the autoresponse. Here is the email that I sent you directly at 11:28 AM yesterday:

Hello,

In order to locate the account which was used to purchase Premium Membership and provide you with assistance, please tell us the following information:

The amount charged
The date of the transaction
If you are being billed from a credit card:
Your full name as it appears on your credit card
The brand of your credit card (e.g. Visa)
The last 4 digits of your credit card number
The expiration date of your credit card
The billing zip code of your credit card
If you are being billed through iTunes:
Your iTunes email address
A copy of your iTunes receipt
If you are being billed through PayPal:
The primary email of your PayPal account
