So this thread is old but im out of options, iv made my own post and im not getting any response and iv also contacted support team over a week ago now (2 emails all together) and still no response. Iv paid for 12 months of premium (£39.99) and the money has left my account. But I still don't have access to premium. Its annoying that they are ignoring me over this. It's very poor customer service. Can anyone help please?

I only have one email address so im on the correct account.

I haven’t received ANY help
I’m a premium member I messeaged
Contact support back straight away 10am
Friday. Why haven’t they helped me yet??
You’re wasting my money I hope
You plan on reimbursing me!
Money has been taken from my bank
Yet nothing’s happening!

Resolved now, as simple as talking to iTunes. Refund then purchase again.

I am having the same problem, it’s been a freaking week since I paid for my membership, I tried to contact costumer support three times now and I haven’t received any help at all, I’m so pissed about it. I don’t know what to do. I just wanna watch anime
