Will all the problems withe videos pausing stuttering is it time for a seperate feed for premium users. Besides the DRM and buffering issues I stiil say the problems occur where ads would be!I watched CR without a sub and it seems to be where the ads are. As anybody even consisdered this?

As free users only have access to 360p streams (with the exception of the occasional first episode of a simulcast), technically any premium user viewing 480p or higher is viewing a separate stream. They are served from the same CDN, however, so perhaps you were suggesting premium users be served from a separate CDN? |

I read that and instantly thought, "Canadian". I started imagining a bunch of Canadians picking up anime orders and taking them to a far off user to be served on a silver plater. |
...I don't think I can catch up on all the stuff in my queue. Tis unfortunate.

"Content Delivery Network" Basically, they store copies of videos at data centers closer to end users. The idea is that you won't have to connect to Crunchyroll's own servers, which could be across the country, or on the other side of the world. |
