In a scenario where you had the opportunity to alter a portion of your path, would you first of all do so? Beyond that describe details such as why. For the sake of consistency among responses the set-up would be transporting your current consciousness into accessibility and presence of your body at another time. Consider the effect, but this is fairly open-ended.

Lottery. So I could be a NEET.

nope, as a quote from on of my favorite movies 13 going on 30 from jenna's mom- "I know I've made a lot of mistakes, but I don't regret making any of them...because if I hadn't made them I wouldn't have learned how to make things right". I wouldn't alter anything as I wouldn't be the person that I am today <3

I would like to go to my younger self when I first was getting into college and tell myself to ignore everything the advisers tell you. I was a stupid freshman and thought the advisers were supposed to be on our side and know what we need to graduate but they put me in so much debt and wasted a year and a half of my time on classes I found out later did not count one bit toward my desired degree.

Moral of story: High school graduates DO NOT LISTEN to your adviser in college they are employees of the university and will keep you in limbo as long as they can and stick you in classes you do not need to graduate. Best advice I would say is ask a senior student like myself what classes are truly required to graduate (in the field you want) Don't ask some random English major student what a Engineering degree requires.

Honestly, I don't believe that I would have had the Willpower and WANT to continue in My Studies on the way to an MD as I am Today had I never Used Drugs Myself. I often wonder this. I believe that if I had been pure and simple; completely Sober and having never Used to get High, I think I probably - at least academically, would have burnt out long ago. It's what I've DONE in My Life, and the experiences in which I HAVE went through, which have kept Me along this path in which I've adhered to now for so long. Yes, I wish I could change things...be able to forget them completely, but I know that if things are changed, I - in the End, would be a totally different Person...So I'm going to keep things the same. After all, I LOVE this point of Life that I'm in right now. I wish that I hadn't hurt the People I hurt, and did some of the things that I've done, but those who are REALLY there for You, will be by Your side in the End, and realize, that wasn't You during those times. I've made My amends; I've lost and I've gained.

And right now, I've got a Smile on My Face. That's some good stuff right there.

Now this is interesting if my current conscious is being transferred because this would mean I'd have all the information I have now, at an earlier period in time, meaning if I went back to the beginning of high school or even middle school, it would be a breeze both academically and athletically. I sure as hell wouldn't mind correcting my unpredictable mistakes or at least second chance to attempt correcting them.
