Not at this time, but I believe that Funimation has it and they will announce it later today. The hints from that guessing game are pointing that way. They have six new shows, and it's pretty obvious by now what they are if you do some detective work like most have done.

I've been half watching that. Didn't know if anyone had announced it for sure yet.

Can't find anywhere to watch the episode even though it has been out for hours.

And the official announcement by Funimation is out. It shouldn't be too long before the first episode is out.

Pretty neat setup but I think the whole Karas armor thing is dumb.

It's a nice bit of fantasy though so I'll keep up with it.

The animation is very nostalgic. Sort of reminds me of things like the Last Unicorn and Flight of Dragons. And I actually like how the cg armor is used. It's obviously supposed to stand out, look otherworldly, and be epic, and the cg manages that well. I also like the music they use.
Overall, this is one of my favorites so far this season.

Just wish crunchyroll had gotten this. They probably would have subbed it on time instead of leaving it in limbo for whatever reason.

The first episode is now up.

Episode 1

So this show is set in medieval Spain. That was some impressive action here, and there is yet another strong fantasy title this season. The animation is quite unusual, but it does have its charm. Anyway, this is a recreation of Spanish history with the witch hunts and stuff, and it does look interesting. I'll give it another episode or two to see if I want to watch this, but so far I am liking it.

This was awesome! Loved the OP and ED.

And holy crap the lack of censorship! It is glorious!

Seriously, though, the amount of things they were able to get away with made me shocked this wasn't an OVA or something. Cause it had rather strong violence, bare breasts(complete with nipples), male pubic hair, even a damn blowjob! The only thing they didn't show was German's penis.

German's missing genetalia ha ha ha..

I can say not bad for a fantasy genre.... it caught my attention .
The Karas like transformation , not crazy with it either and the action part was very dizzing but I liked the character design. The demon woman and the knight bed scene was hot , animation was good.

A 2 thumbs up first episode overall , lets see if the story gets better

I wasn't sure what to expect when they announced an anime to the live action Garo franchise, but I thought it was a solid enough first episode. I am curious to see how this goes though.

This is the first entry of the series set in the past (or at least, any real great distance in the past), so there's a lot of potential for new ideas.

Kobayashi did a good job when she wrote the Zero: Black Blood miniseries and some episodes for the show, so I have faith in her.

If you're interested in the source material, I recommend checking out the older series. Four series/seasons, a miniseries, and several movies thus far (and I hear a manga's coming out soon).

So another Mappa show? Is this pretty good?

Mappa seems to be up and rising studio as of late.
