Best advise is to just get it over with, holding it in sucks big time, plus you may be trapped in the friend zone if you wait too long (then you can NEVER date her). Just don't put all your hopes on this. Lets face the facts, as a guy you are going to be shot down 90% of the time, but the key is to persevere. try smiling first.
if you can meet her eyes and smile at her, & if she smiles back, you will know she is noticing you.
& then you will have some courage.

starting a conversation with a girl depends on the girl it self..i mean some are serious, some r fun, some r sophisticated, some r easy going....etc...first understand the girl ur dealing with then dont hesitate....how to start the convo is different for each of em..and they react diff...
