So I paid for the 1 year membership. I am from Ohio, in the US. However recently I've gone on an extended trip to Hong Kong and will be here for the forseeable future. I'd like to continue to keep up with my shows but lo and behold I can't watch any of them....

Suggestions as to what I can do to continue to access the service I've paid for

Sorry to hear about your issues, but you are experiencing the region restrictions determined by our licensing.

use the "contact us" to talk directly to customer service. They will most likely issue you a refund.

if you are looking for a work-around, there is none that complies with our terms of service. Falsifying geolocation data is against our terms of service policy and can result in a closure of your account.

I recall having put my /acct on hold at one point by going through the "Cancel Membership Renewal" process, but I don't want to click okay just to verify if it's still there.
