Let me know if a thread like this one exist or not.
Thanks a bunches.

Explain your opinion in great detail.

Two Steps From Hell, Audiomachine, E.S. Posthumus, X-Ray Dog, and etc.

If you do not know who they are, YouTube them and listen to their music.

I've only heard music from Two Steps from Hell, but I haven't listened to them recently.

My favorite is Blackheart, apparently.

Ive been a fan for TSFH since forever. They have to be one of my most sought after and listened to musical sources. Sooo glad they decided to finally release their music in albums. I remember when I had to use 'shady methods' just to listen to their beautiful stuff. Now I have every album in my music library.
Can't wait for Thomas Bergersens 'Sun' album.

Audiomachine Im also familiar with and own a few albums of them. Their album 'Helios' is my fave for personal reasons.

I've also been a fan of TSFH long before they made their music available via iTunes. Love their stuff. I'm also familiar with the bands the OP mentioned. Ninja Tracks, Immediate Music, and Epic Score, like TSFH, are companies that specialize in producing trailer and clip music. I wish all of them made their music available to the general public.

I don't have any Thomas Bergensen's songs on my IPhone. Excuse me for a moment.

Yea he branched off from working with TSFH (one of the co-founders) a while ago to pursue some solo work.
Illusions, Miracles, and Skyworld are some of his stuff. He's in the process of finishing up Sun atm which should be releasing soon.

Two Steps From Hell is one I can recognize immediately. Love their music a lot.

Whoa, Two Steps From Hell is not what I expected at all! Not really my bag, it's too epic sounding for me. But I do see the appeal
Audiomachine, see above. Haha.
E.S. Posthumus is too orchestral sounding for me. Sounds like a soundtrack to a show or movie. Not saying soundtracks are bad (The Fountain OST is one of my favies). Once again not bad, just not what I enjoy.
X-Ray Dog, I am now seeing all these bands/composers are kind of belong to the same genre. All the above opinions apply to this as well.

I dunno, I generally don't like orchestral strings so I was doomed from the get go. However, my opinion is just from some brief YouTube browsing. The only music that I can think of that's kind of like what you just posted that I like is Mogwai and Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Maybe I'm just too uncultured too enjoy that kind of music 'cuz those last two bands I just mentioned are more rock based than anything.

I think it's cool that so many of you listen to music that's outside of the norm, though!

Love TSFH's Archangel as my personal favourite by them. I also find Future World Music to be a pretty tight outfit for epic music of this kind. Not as full on as the above mentioned but in the "soundtracks for movies not made" genre I also find Nox Arcana a good listen. Darker and often creepier rather than epic but still listen worthy.
