I can't believe so many people actually like winter. I can't stand freezing to death for 1/4 of the year. I also don't like summer because I die of heatsroke for 1/4 of the year. Spring and Fall are the sweet spots, but I like Fall more because of its melancholy feeling.

Like everybody else, winter may be the best for me because people are more energetic and happy. Even with the gloomy weather, all the christmas songs, happy songs, and the joyous atmosphere people bring around me. Plus, I get to wear warm clothing everyday and cuddle with my bed because it's the best thing to do. I get to drink more hot chocolate and tea, especially.

I loved summer when I was in high school. Most anime are spot-on when describing summer activities.
It's my first summer after a year of school in America, and I can honestly say that I've already exhausted all of my ideas for any type of fun outside of the house...summer here is a bit long lol.

Nothing too big going on during the Fall season for me.

I absolutely love Winter because most of the good things that have happened in my life occurred during the winter season. It is by far my most favorite season, and the best season for hopeless romantics like me lol.

Spring is my current second favorite right after winter. Mainly because there are many chances for me to show love for friends and family.

Fall has always been my favorite season. It's such a gorgeous time of year and, here, it doesn't get very cold, so it is nice. And then of course there are leaf piles to make and play in

tis also the season of my birthday ^^

I love winter, it's definitely my favorite (though, I could go without the icy roads). But I just love everything that comes with winter--the holidays, the warm sweaters and scarves, and of course the snow.
Fall is a close second because the temperatures are perfect (and who doesn't love seeing the colors of leaves change?)

Anime is twice as better in winter. I live in Finland and here winter is shit if you don't like the sports. When you haven't seen sun in few weeks, a colorful anime makes a day twice as bright as it would be otherwise. And of course the opposite: when summer comes there's so much more stuff to do so anime loses little bit of its importance, at least in my case.

This might differ like when someone likes winter a lot more so then anime feels much much better in the winter etc.

I mean, you have these trees. And they are alive. Yet they have no leaves. Yet they are still alive, they are not dead trees. It is so mysterious.

And snow is weird. It is like water. But frozen. And white. And it is fluffy. Like my towel. Yet it melts. And yet when you shovel it, it is heavy as hell. So weird.

Winter, it is just mysterious.

This is such an awesome answer.

I love autumn, winter, and spring. Particularly autumn, the time of Halloween, my favourite day of the year.

Here meteorological summer is four, sometimes five months long. And it's one great bit pit of molten despair. Somehow it's horribly humid while also usually being a drought. Many years the leaves start turning brown well before autumn because everything is shriveled up and dead. And it ruins autumn, because if we don't get enough summer rain (like most years) the leaves won't turn pretty colours in October and November. Just wilted brown. Cooling costs are exorbitant and a sick, sticky film seems to cling to everyone despite all the money spent to keep things livable.

I'd rather be cold than hot. If it's cold I can wrap up more. If it's hot there's nothing I can do.

Pollen aside, spring is actually my favorite season for the weather alone. I live in the northeastern US, so the temperature is just right for me at that season.

I think I like fall the best. I love how all the trees change color, the rain, how dark and gloomy it tends to look outside. I don't celebrate it in any way though, because how do you celebrate a season?

As for the other seasons...

I do tend to like spring too but not when I start getting sick due to allergies. As a kid--and even now lol--I always thought everything died when winter came, and I thought they wouldn't come back in the spring. I don't know why I thought like this but I think I came to appreciate spring more because all the pretty plants would come back. I also like spring because my birthday's in it.

I don't like summer. It's too hot. There's nothing to do. Everyone wants to be outside and annoying. All the plants don't look pretty anymore. I just don't like the season.

Winter is okay, it's middle ground. I'd rather be cold than hot so I think winter is higher up on my list. I also like how the snow makes the landscape look picturesque. Also, since everything's dead, no allergies! And sometimes no school too!

Hmm matters where in the state/country/world I am during the seasons. Mattering where I am, I can enjoy any season.

So to keep it simple and just in my town. I prefer Fall here the most. First my birthday is right after Fall starts (officially) so sometimes Summer is still dying off, sometimes an early Fall came and it's already getting cooler. Also I love Fall for the reason I just stated, it starts cooling down. I am bad with heat generally (especially overbearing heat ex:100+ before heat index) so when it gets cooler I feel better. Also there are quite a few seasonal type foods and events that start cropping up in the Fall that I really just enjoy.

My favorite season is Fall. Not too cool, yet not blistering hot.

The thing that I amuses me about myself is, though; by the time a season's over, I'm ready for the next one... every season.

"Man, it's so cold this year! I'm sick of snow! I'm so ready for Spring!"
"Man, so tired of it raining all the damn time, and being randomly chilly in the morning. I'm so ready for Summer!"
"Man, it's so damned hot. I'm sick of having to change out of sweaty clothes twice a day. I'm so ready for Fall!"
"Man, if it's going to be so damned cold in the morning just snow already, and I'm tired of dealing with leaves and holidays. I'm so ready for Winter!"

It's tie between autumn and summer. I love that there aren't any major holidays in those seasons, plus everything is so pretty then. I love the wind in the leaves, and then I love watching the leaves change color. Also since I live in WA, end of summer/beginning of autumn is basically the only time of year when it doesn't rain for consecutive weeks in a row.
