I'm sure everyone's excited about Sailor Moon Crystal coming up, and we're excited to finally announce some more details!

Sailor Moon Crystal will start airing every 2 weeks on Saturdays starting on July 5, at 3:00am Pacific Time, and will be available to Crunchyroll audiences in the following territories: U.S.A, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America (Central and South America including Mexico).

Sailor Moon Crystal is the highly anticipated reboot of Naoko Takeuchi's beloved manga Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. The main character Usagi Tsukino is a second-year middle school girl who is a little clumsy and a crybaby, but full of energy. One day, she meets Luna, a black cat with a crescent moon on her forehead. She transforms into Sailor Moon, a sailor-uniformed pretty guardian of love and justice! As a chosen guardian of justice, Usagi and the other guardians embark on a mission to find the Illusionary Silver Crystal and to protect the Moon Princess. They are met with enemies in search of the Silver Crystal sent by Queen Beryl from the Dark Kingdom. Can Sailor Moon find the Illusionary Silver Crystal with the other Sailor guardians, and protect the princess…?

Voice actress Kotono Mitsuishi will be playing Usagi Tsukino (AKA Sailor Moon). She is joined by Hisako Kanemoto as Sailor Mercury, Ami Koshimitsu as Sailor Jupiter, Rina Sato as Sailor Mars, and Shizuka Itou as Sailor Venus. The famed animation company Toei will be heading the project. Some of their popular works include One Piece, Dragonball Z and the Pretty Cure series.

Is it that hard to get the UK rights for something so high profile?

I'd you guys don't get it, all signs point to Animax UK getting it. And, believe me, that really isn't the result we want over here. We'd much rather someone competent and multi-platform got the show rather than that bunch who clearly try really hard but consistently miss the mark time after time,

I expect Glasslip to be on this list. Interested to see what else CR will get. The only other show I've heard about and have interest in is Terror in Resonance, but Funi will be streaming that one.

Woohoo, and the Hype Train keeps on a rollin', and rolling fast too, I see! ^.^ Totally thought that the United States would get this, and it did! ^.^ Would have been extremely disappointed in Crunchyroll if they didn't have it for us. Thanks, Crunchy! Soooo excited for this!

Just because your not excited for those titles doesn't mean it's a bad start.

Why does Sailor Moon's art style look so bad (it feels like it is stuck in the 90's). I was somewhat interested in it but I am not liking the way this anime looks.
