please get black butler circus arc!

It is apparently an Aniplex title, so it seems likely.

Any chance we get Terror in Resonance?

Funimation announced that as a simulcast way back on May 27:

For anyone holding out hope CR might also get it, go back and look at the few series where that was true, and note the small gap between when Funimation announced a series as a simulcast and CR followed. Almost a month has elapsed for this one.

Am I the only one not eager for these shows and patiently waiting for Hanamonogatari?

It will probably be close to another month before any similcast of it may be announced.

Excited for free!! :DD
but at 8:30 am.. really??

Would you rather they delay it longer after it airs in Japan?

It airs at midnight in Japan, which is 8:00 AM PDT.

I currently only see 9 other boxes not including these two

That number will grow, just as it did last season and the seasons before it:

I can't believe FUNi already got 2 of the most interesting shows this season, it's really frustrating how they only give access no US and Canada members but probably has the rights for the entire America.

That's exactly what frustrates me so much.

Terror in Resonance is def the most interesting show this season.

I hate when i'm pushed towards ilegal means cuz i do love to support anime industry...

Sigh...

So with Sailor Moon. Is it again the "SOme UK streaming licenser has the rights for the show, so everyone else in Europe are stuck in the pooper" excuse?

People are supposed to be excited for brainless anime? I mean, if you're really that bored and have nothing to do but watch shitty anime in your mean time than I guess so, but some people like some substance in what they feed their brain.

So what are you looking forward to then?

I didn't realise that I had such high hopes of the UK getting Sailor Moon Crystal until I saw it wasn't included in the territories. I'm surprisingly disappointed.

Eh, I doubt it counts as 'nostalgia' viewing if I barely recall seeing the original... Oh, well...

llamaben wrote: Rather than the rights being poached, I think it's more likely that the main Toei branch that CR licensed it from isn't able to offer UK rights (as seen from previous Toei simulcasts). The branch that does have the rights (probably Toei Europe) doesn't seem to be as open about online streaming without a home video license.

Excellent point. We don't think of animation studios as having much to do with deciding what streams where, but Toei is also a licensing company.

As Lamaben points out, it could be difference opinion about the benefits of streaming in different parts of the Toei company.

See, for instance, Toei America streaming One Piece to North and South American on Crunchyroll, and Toei Europe not streaming it to the UK on Crunchyroll.

I don't really get it, but whatever. It's always a shame when a paying customer (Who pays as much as everyone else) don't get the same titles. Well not like anyone has ever said that life's fair *shrugs*
