I just logged in and viewed my queue, and almost 75% of it is missing. I kept refreshing thinking the page hadn't loaded all the way, but that didn't change anything. Then I tried searching for several series, and they're not showing up at all. Was there a mass removal of shows, or is this a bug? For example: Ace of Diamond, Hunter x Hunter, Yowapeda, etc.

Go down to the bottom of the contact page /help?topic=contact to see what country is being detected as your present location.

Your system details:
Detected country: US (United States of America)
If you are in the US and it isn't detecting US, clear all your browser history, cookies, etc, maybe even reboot your PC and/or even your router and try again. If it is detecting the wrong country, you will need to contact support (via the same page that shows the detection)

Thanks. That led to resolving the problem. My detected country was the Philippines, which was probably due to a cookie establishing itself while on a layover in Manila. I deleted all the cookies for crunchyroll and logged back in. Now everything is back to normal.
