Stream cuts out multiple times during play back only occurs when I am watching on the 360 does not occur when I am watching from my PC browser Opera 12.5 or IE 11 or from my table Surface RT IE 11 or on my Windows 8.1 phone using the same network click Cable in Tacoma. I have removed the device and re-logged in with it this did not correct the problem.

Are you seeing this at the same timecode for each episode? If so, it's a problem with the encode and can only be fixed by reporting it to Bjaker using the /contact form, and he can schedule a manual re-encode that should fix the issue you're experiencing.

I have the same problem and no it's not always at the same time. It happens at various times in various episodes/ series. It's always (and only) Xbox360 and I've tried logging in and out etc, as well. It's odd you can fast forward even and still see the snapshot of the show forwarding so the video is not corrupted or anything... but it will just cut out at one point and not allow you to pass that point, it just displays the same error. Would you suggest still contacting Bjaker?

Barring any network errors, I would. They are testing a new player for the Xbox app, and it would provide another data point, especially if it's reproducible.

Problem is it tends to be pretty random a nice hisenbug and right now my not setup at home for dev work and if I really wanted to get the data they would need I would need to get a newer version of VS which is more than I can afford right now. So right now I can't get the debug logs for it to find out where it is breaking if it is code side as far as network goes I could drop a tracer on my system and see if I catch anything but I don't suspect I will since I can stream other services just fine.

You could also just send them the episode and timecode, and they could run through whatever process they have for improving the app's player.
