I feel fucked up for thinking that their face is horrible. I won't lie their face looks bad and think about how I got my dads genes for not getting acne. Smooth face~ I got lucky~

Help them. Duh. What does feeling sorry for anyone do anyway? They probably don't want your fucking pity.

Okay then.. Helping someone with acne isn't necessarily easy… They could take it as a sign of pity. My friend is extremely insecure about her face. The last thing she would want is for me to "help her with her acne" Although, if I had a kid maybe I could help them by taking them to a dermatologist.

If it's really bad, I definitely feel bad for them. I personally had to go through Accutane treatment, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It's a pretty sucky procedure. Especially for someone with keloids...I STILL have scars from some of them on My back.

I don't do anything. Just continue on with my day like I would any other time.

First, I unconsciously hope I don't start breaking out even more.
Then, I unconsciously feel sorry for them.
After that, I start to consciously hope it gets better for them.
I end up staring a bit more than I should, and begin to think their face looks horrible.
In the end, I semi-consciously laugh inside my head.
Then I hope I don't start breaking out even more...

Feel bad for them, hope it clears up, and that I don't start getting acne myself.

I feel bad for them, but it's not something I worry about when I talk to people who have bad acne. So I generally just talk to them like a normal person.
