Does anyone here read the Manga of this series? It looks decent, but that's all. I'm waiting for something to stand out.

I read it awhile ago but based on memories, it its okay. It has some character building and much better comedy than you may expect. Unfortunately, I've only read like 10+ or so chapters so the story isn't fleshed out much yet.

EP 1 "A Pure Maiden"

This a surprise. An under the Radar anime!

Set during the "100" year war Maria intervenes much to the chargin of England and France! She just hates war and is a good witch!

Hoever the church and the warring factions arent happy!

Similiar in some ways to Rage of Bahamut like Joan D"Arc being mentioned! More upbeat!

BTW tthere was a warning about this being not sub titled right ! Funi has it on Sat??

That was pretty neat! It kinda had a Miyazaki feel to it for some reason... at it wasn't the succubus talking about screwing all those guys either. xD Can't wait for next ep!

Actually, the title doesn't have the word "blood" in it, it has the same pronunciation as blood but the word here is "clean". Title literally means "Pure Maria".

This anime has so much potential. That animation and soundtrack from the first episode is op.

I could do without the Ecchi, but Seinen and the synopsis have my attention. 'Creator of Moyashimon' also has my attention. I guess I'll keep an eye out for more info.

Well Seinen realy just means targetted at a mature male audicence. So it could be extreme ecchi. Just letting you know

Well, this looks good. I like the art style, the animation is pretty nice too and the humor looks promissing. So, Maria doesn't have her powers because she is a virgin, that has nothing to do with it? The ending kind of indicates that. But then again that could be nothing more than a fake-out. Because I thought that was supposed to be the premise for this show, at least that's what I read basically everywhere, and I was honestly hoping for a "Power of virginity" plot

First good episode, good action, good humour. Nice art style. Looking forward to more of it. Just a shame it ended at funimation :/

Hmm, had to watch this with the weird border on the outside from Bandai Channel. At least subs seemed legit unlike the original version of Yuri Kuma.

A fairly solid start as well as the comedy was solid, premise seems refreshing, and action is well animated (THANK YOU Production I.G). This is a one cour so I don't expect it to cover too much from the manga; not that there's much so far right now unless there are many raw chapters out there that I am unaware of.
