Silly vegan. If you were an omnivore you would know that brussel sprouts are delicious. The trick is that they have to be cooked with bacon. Not as good as bacon-wrapped asparagus, but good nonetheless. Then again, asparagus is delicious even without bacon.
I agree with you on carrots tho. Those things are pretty much beyond salvation.

Shameless omnivore. Legumes, grains, herbs, tubers, seeds, fungi, dairy, et cetera, as well. I'm not naive enough to assume that all plant matter is healthy or even safe to eat, though. That goes for meat, too. Who wants to eat a platter of castor beans, rhubarb leaves, whole nutmeg, fresh Greenland shark, death camas, and death cap? With rhododendron tea. Anyone? I hope not.

My favorite fruits are tomatoes, grapes, bananas, and pomegranate. Bell peppers, garlics, rhubarb, and onions are my favorite vegetables.

For fruits, I love grapes, apples, pears, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, blood oranges, pomegranate, guava - pretty much everything! For vegetables, I love onion, garlic, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, corn, potatoes and leak.

Only if they're chopped very finely that I can't taste them anymore.

I actually enjoy avocado in my subway and sushi...

I eat basically anything, so long as it's not going to kill me and I can choke it down. Admittedly, I do tend to eat a bit of fruits and vegetables as they are easy to prepare, can even be eaten raw, and are healthier.

I love fruits and vegetables. I love a good salad, too. Salads with meat, cheese, nuts, sweet fruit, etc., can be good, but the salads I like the most are ones loaded with veggies, or fruits like tomato and cucumber (both are technically fruit).

Also, I love plant based foods in general. I love meats, fish, seafood, eggs, cheese, dairy, etc., but I love plant based foods so much that if I were forced to go vegan...it'd be manageable with me, albeit being a bummer to me.

Rice goes great with certain foods. Also, white rice all by itself, with some soy sauce, is pretty good.

As a vegetarian, yeah I love my fruit and Veg My favorite fruit is Pear or Banana and my favorite vegetable is Carrot or Onion.

I love fruits and vegetables, truth be told I eat my salad without dressing so I get a better flavors of all my greens. My favorite fruits are watermelon, cantaloupes, berries and mangos.

I started eating more fruits and vegetables because I want to lose weight. It's working.
