I love many fruits and vegetables. I have to eat 6 times per day because my food empties out of my stomach too fast, so if I ate just meat with each meal, I'd be broke. I eat apples and green beans pretty much every day.

Also, I recently learned that if meat bothers your stomach really bad, you may have too little stomach acid. I noticed some mentioned meat and feeling ill, so I thought I'd throw that out there.

Favorite fruit: Raspberry
Least fav. fruit: Honeydew melon
Favorite vegetable: Potato
Least fav. veggie: Raw cauliflower

No, not diarrhea, but that was pretty funny. I digest food too quickly, not it leaves me too quickly. That would suck.

A great many fruits give me acid reflux. Vegetables are usually no problem though.

I do need more veggies in my diet.
I still love them just don't give myself enough but I know when I should.
Brought grapes to snack on at my friends house playing Mario Kart 9.

Growing up my mom couldn't even produce decent meat--forget the veggies. Everything was canned or from a box and prepared with butter--if we were lucky it was prepared with butter and it wasn't so bad. : /

IF you learn how to fix things to your liking even brussels sprouts are nice. I only like them roasted. As for eggplant....I couldn't go through all the trouble to salt and drain to fix them....I don't get the bitter taste a lot of people complain about. A little seasoning, a smidge of oil and drop them in a george forman. They come out with grill marks and a soft and buttery texture every time no obnoxious prep needed. Wish someone would have told me that sooner and saved me a lot of work and oil.
