Healthier foods are more expensive too when it comes to the packing lunch stuff, I rather get a market burrito for two bucks.

I used to be obese and just got tired of it. Changed what I ate, started exercising, etc. Dropped from 215 to 150 and I'm fairly happy. A mixture of eating healthy and 'occasionally' eating something bad won't hurt you. Most people have a problem with either eating too fast and end up over eating or just have bad habits of eating a ton of junk food that's loaded down with sugar.

Well.. I eat whatever I want because In the end, I want to die happy, and that also means die happy with what I ate instead of forcing myself to a diet. That being said. Some 'diets' don't feel like diets. When I exercise and eat right, It's because I WANT to do it, so It's not like I'm unhappy about it.

I don't get how some people get to a certain point. I mean 20-50 lbs overweight I get. that's just what happens when you eat a lot and sit at home and at work and while driving between. But when an individual can't even see their own genitals? Seriously at what point is it just not worth running a few miles a day?

Don't need to have washboard abs or need to have 0% body fat, but I at least portion and am active when keeps me in between health nut and fatty. Works for me and keeps me happy.

Oi. That describes me. I don't 'savour' anything, I just eat for the nutrients and energy and I ALWAYS pay the price for it with a stomach ache after eating. It's definitely the number one cause for gaining more weight than intended for sure.

I have a few friends like this. Slender/thin build but no matter what they do they never gain weight or muscle. It made me envious at first, but it seems like their never really comfortable with it.

Luckiily I eat whatever unhealthy stuff I like and I'm not fat. Out of shape, sure, but not fat. The most important thing is regulation. Often it's not what you eat, it's how much of it you eat. You can eat unhealthily and stay relatively slim, but it's just that a lot of people who I've seen get fat eat truckloads off the stuff. I've always thought I'd rather live a slightly shorter life filled with eating stuff I love, than constantly eating super healthy stuff and spending hours exercising. That's not to say I don't eat healthily here and there, but I do like my crisps and sweets.

Yeah like the show freaky eaters. This dude only ate french fries and skateboarded on a daily basis but was almost on the brink of a heart attack. I would get tired of just eating the same thing. :P

How to know what its like to be fat.
Step 1. Get a 100lb vest, wear it all day every day, never take it off ever.
Step 2. Keep a wet washcloth over your mouth, no matter how hard it is to breath.
Step 3. Stop that shit being fat sucks.

Exercising is fun and it's healthy. I'm not sure why people don't exercise in a daily basis.

If you don't want to eat why don't you listen music or play time consuming games like MMO? This two help you forget about food. And don't take a shower, shower makes you hungry.

I have a high metabolism, so I basically eat whatever I want and still don't get fat. Doesn't mean I'm healthy though. lol...

Showers make you hungry? I guess you learn something knew everyday. I think I'll just make some tea instead. It's about 95 degrees over here...
