Let me know if a thread like this one exist or not.
Thanks a bunches.

Explain your experience/opinion in great detail. List the full name of the store/restaurant and reason why the customer service was awful.

Bonus Question:

1. Is there a store you received excellent customer service?

2. How do you personally feel about the words "the customer is always right"?

Phersu's beauty salon.
- They plucked all of my eyebrows without my consent.

Qualeshia's wig store.
- They gave me an actual pony tail for a hair.

Jack In The Box.
There was like 5 people waiting to order their food, and the cashiers were just like "Hurr-durr where's all the people?"

Fantastic Sams, They gave me a terrible haircut and didn't even listen to me when I told them how I wanted it cut.

This happened about a decade ago, but I was on a date with my girlfriend at the time at Ruby Tuesday's in the middle of a cold snap during January. The waiter ignored us most of the time and couldn't even be seen tending to other customers, so we assumed he was taking smoke breaks. He would be gone without a trace for a half hour at a time both before and after we got our food. Whenever he did tend to us he did it in a really fast, spastic way like he was trying to hurry up and get back to his break. He started trying to bus down our table while we were still sitting there, frantically snatching plates and silverware, and spilled my glass of ice water into my seat where my coat was lying. It was soaked through.

Then he had the nerve to say "If you ever come back and want me to wait on you again, my name is Tad."

It was in Five Points in Birmingham, so there wasn't really any parking by the building. We had parked a few blocks away. I folded up my coat, thinking about how much it was going to suck to walk to the car in 20 degree weather without it. I gave the bastard a 0.00 tip and told the manager what he did. First and last time I ever refused to tip.

Oh I told the manager. But I still never went back.

Now there's a Chik-fil-A where the Ruby Tuesday's used to be.

Nope, before they tore down the old building and put in the Chik-fil-A I became a vegetarian.
