Varsity Swim and varsity outdoor track & field. With both we practice 5 days a week and have meets on both weekdays and weekends. I won't lie though, I watch approximately 14-18 hours weekly.

I used to play allot of sports when I was younger like soft ball, soccer, ice skating, dancing. But I all quit those and now I play tennis for my school. However they never taught me how to really play it they were just like hit the ball and thats it. But now i'm taking classes and i'm starting to be good, so when spring comes I can finally be in the varsity team

I ran D1 track for 2 years but it was conflicting with my classes and my grades weren't that great so I dropped it and focused more on school. I have also played basketball my whole life and was pretty competitive in Tae Kwon Do for about 6-7 years growing up. I've been an avid anime watcher since middle school watching at an average of 3-4 episodes a night before bed lol. Started learning tennis a few years ago and I suck but getting better and really enjoy playing lol.

I used to be an athlete like you but then I tore my achilles tendon.

Can you still jog and exercise or is it tough to?

For the first month just walking was bad, after that there was about 6 months where I couldn't really jog or lift without regressing the recovery. Now I can jog and stuff but I don't quite trust it just yet to sprint, jump, or cut.

What did you do to treat it? Surgery?

It occurred at a point where surgery would have 100% not have had me ready in time for that combine but attempting natural healing there was a very small chance. It wasn't a complete tear but it was a particularly bad grade 2 injury.

I see. Was your achilles sore before the tear happened or it just happened without any warning? Sorry for all the questions. It's just for a while here lately my achilles has been getting sore and staying sore after my daily run. The last time I ran it was so sore I couldn't really walk on it for a day. I've been off running for a month now hoping it will 'heal' up. I just don't want to tear it.

try to stretch after running it will make a huge difference. Also take long hot showers afterwards and once in a while go into a whirlpool if u have the chance.
