I’ve been on Cruchyroll since middle school (2008) and I created a username I didn’t like, there was no option to change it, and I had no idea how to delete the account so I made a new account. And now, after 6 years I can’t help but wonder, “Why can’t we change our username, still?”

Sites such as DeviantArt.com (a website for posting art), allows its users to change their username once every 6 months IF they are on the membership/subscription deal. Wattpad.com (a website for posting stories) allows its users to change their usernames for free, since they are not a membership/subscription site. Inkblazers.com (a website for manga) allows you to change your display name for free even if you are not on their membership/subscription. The sites that end in .webs or are associated with them such as Kugyay.org (a warrior cats roleplay site with other sister sites) allow you to change your username for free and there’s no membership/subscription for it. So why doesn’t Crunchyroll allow username changes?

Crunchyroll should allow users to change their usernames.

I don't want to delete my account just for a new username. What would have been the POINT.
