Is there a way to filter CR's anime selection by its subtitle language? If not, is there an easy way to implement this?

I speak a lot of languages and recently found that watching shows subbed in different languages is a fun way to keep up my reading skills. Usually I just go to the individual videos to check out what languages they're available in, but I would love it if there was a way to have it all in one place.

Thanks!

The closest might be to change your default language and then visit the alphabetical list.

Thank you, that works pretty well!

Does it? As far as I know, the default language setting in your profile does not change the selection you are offered throughout the site. You need to change the site's language through the links in the footer instead.

Keep in mind, though, that it might mark some shows as "not available in your region" if Crunchyroll doesn't have the rights for the subtitles in the language you chose in your country. For instance, TV Tokyo only allows US members to watch their shows in English (and German?), so if you switch the site to Portuguese and try to watch Gingitsune, no videos will show up.

I would assume she is changing the default language for the website, and not the subtitles. That is certainly what I intended, although I should have made it more clear.

Well, the term "default language" isn't generally used for the website, since there's another setting with a very similar name for the videos, so it can create confusion. For example, in some of Crunchyroll's apps for devices, that setting can actually affect the selection you're shown, if I recall correctly.

Anyway, I hope this helps clearing any doubts about all the language settings, as the system can be very confusing at times and I've seen many people raising questions about it.
