Soo ... while i was visiting Singapore, I saw SAO: Hollow Fragment English Sub, and Ragnarok Odyssey : Ace ( both Vita games ) and decided to buy them since it will be a while before i go back to US for college. To my horror, i found out that i couldn't download DLCs for both games, after flipping through the manual, i found out that apparently only PSN accounts that are in Hong Kong, Singapore and other asian country can download the DLCs for the games i brought so i am wondering if i should make a new account or not. The account i am using at the moment is based in US since i brought my PS vita there. I happened to buy a new memory card for the vita so i figured i could use that card for the new account but i am wondering if having multiple accounts on the PS vita will have problems or not.

Not sure if I can offer much help here... but I used to do that on my PS3. I had a normal account, and then a Japanese account so I could get my hands on certain demos before they came out in America. There were no issues setting it up. Since they both use the same service, I don't think it should be an issue. However, make sure your games are compatible with the DLC. You say that the DLC is only available through Asia, so they might only work with the region-specific versions of those games.

I don't see why not. I did this years back on the Xbox 360 to download the demo for Trusty Bell (which ended up coming out in the west as Eternal Sonata).

You'll need to back up and restore every time you want to switch regions. No problems other than the hassle of switching.

Ahh i guess i will do that, and then to switch region i have to reformat the vita right ? Currently i have 3 memory cards on me, 2 of them already got a few games on them and one of them is empty so i will tie the empty memory card to the new account. In that case do i need to format all the back up and format all 3 memory card ?

No need to format the 2 US cards. You need to deactivate them though (and back them up just in case).
