The glaring censorship of Queens Blade Rebellion ruined the show period.

Because Crunchyroll airs broadcasted material, not uncut scenes from the BD/DVD's. It's the streaming deal that they have with TV Tokyo.

Douchè. "LAWL"

Back to the topic, the version that is showing on crunchyroll is what they got from the content provider. It is not that crunchyroll is shy about getting and showing coarse content; it is more towards crunchyroll getting what they can get, and that is the censored version. The earlier Queen's Blade, if I remember correctly, is the DVD version and the one that's uncensored.

You'r right. The earlier Queen's Blade is uncensored. The censorship unfortunately just takes away the enjoyment of the show. It is after all Ecchi. Ah well!

Sadly this is a case where the catalog titles are better. I think the same is true of Samurai Girls where the catalog title is uncensored while Samurai Brides is censored.

One advantage of Funimations is once they DO get the home video materials they put up the uncensored versions for subscribers. Still takes forever.

Buying the Blurays will get you the uncensored versions, as will a foray into the dark side...

Another alternative (assuming sd40jk is in the US or Canda) is to visit The Anime Network and view the dub. (Sadly, unlike Funimation, they don't go back and put up an uncensored sub, even for subscribers).

Like most dubs at TAN, however, one needs to be a subscriber to view it (unlike the sub), but I believe they do offer a 2 week free trial.
