Every COD.

I completely agree.

Also, Murdered: Soul Suspect was released this summer and, although the concept was rather exciting playing a ghost solving your own murder and all, it seemed to fall short in its delivery (especially as it came to its flat end). Was really looking forward to that one, too.

Super Smash Bros Brawl

I was obsessed with the game for years before it even came out. Was super active in the forum community hyping up the game. Discussing updates as they came out. Got the game at midnight and played it into morning... Was super disappointed. Melee is far superior and more fun to play. Such a shame. 3DS/U better not let me down the same way.

Every Final Fantasy title since FFX, when they really started to focus more on visuals rather than good storytelling and character development. Plus the series felt like it lost something when Nobuo Uematsu was no longer the soundtrack composer. I'd also throw in FF8 as well.

Other titles.

Metal Gear Solid 4
Resident Evil 5
Mass Effect 3

COD Ghost. The ad's always make it so flashy but after the first 15 minutes of multiplayer, I just thought it was absolute nonsense.

I would throw The Witcher 2 in here. At least on the consoles, the combat control was just plain whack. Folks say the story was great.....so they should have made a movie. The combat kept me from going past the first chapter and I tried twice. It is often hailed as one of the best RPGs ever, so I obviously find that it lives nowhere close to that hype.
