Do you have motion sickness? if so when was the first time you learned about your motion sickness?

Just few moment ago i was watching video game tournament much on YouTube and then i feel sick, was literally to throw up some where around 25 minute into the video. At first i thought it was some kind of food contamination, because i don't remember having motion sickness and then i start feeling dizzy. That when i realized it's motion sickness not food contamination. So i stop the video at around 28 minute and then i feel better.

Right now i want to finish watching the much so badly, but i'm so scared to go back.

I suffer from this occasionally.

Advice:
Drink plenty of water,
make sure there's air circulation or a window nearby where you were watching,
adjust your computer brightness settings every now and then

if you feel sick, its okay to get away from the computer, take a break for as long as you need to, or sit far away from it(a few feet).

OR if you just ate, avoid watching in Fullscreen. stick to the smaller screen Youtube has.

I started getting nauseous from watching a Borderlands 2 playthrough, and when I played Dishonored, I got motion sick and had to lower the camera movement. This also happens a lot if the player likes to move the screen around very quickly. Hope these work!

Was that really motion sickness? Or more like epileptic seizure?

When I don't like playing a certain game (e.g., Gears of War, Tunnel B1), I feel weird, agitated, nauseated, and out of place.
Not to mention, someone ask me to play it in their house and I don't feel comfortable being in their house, I get the same feeling.

I got the same reactions playing F.E.A.R., HALO series, and the old C.O.D.s.

Too much playing of Twisted Metal games give me same results.

I had no problems with Borderlands 1 or 2 though.
The only thing I did not like in Borderlands 1 was when I was out of sight from the enemies and I aimed my sniper rifle at them, for some reason the enemies would turn around and get alerted. How the hell was that even possible?! That's bad programming.

edit: Yea, I just read the Wiki. It's motion sickness. It's motion that is seen but not felt. Either motion sickness due to films and other video or simulation sickness.

No, as far as motion sickness goes I'm fine. I don't really suffer from it. Sounds like an awful thing to get.

I get motion sickness when I read in a car, or when I am in the passenger seat of a car driven by a fucking shitty bitch ass driver who sucks.

I don't have motion sickness, but my mom does, hopefully I don't end up picking it up.

Reading, texting, looking at pictures, or just about anything I do in the car makes me sick. Occasionally, I'll also wake up in the middle of the night feeling sick to my stomach, without even moving, but I get dizzy from what ever motion is happening in my dream.

I'm completely fine with boats, airplanes, and any other kind of vehicle, though.

Sometimes I have it from time to time, but I don't particularly suffer from it whenever I'm watching anything.

Sometimes I get sick just from thinking about being in a car.

I get motion sickness when I try to relax in the car.
Like, if I close my eyes or can't see a view of the road moving. x_x

I do get motion sickness a little sometimes. I don't get sick when in cars, or buses like I was in elementary school. The only time I get motion sick, is if I'm too close to the TV, like at my friends place, or if I'm at a theatre, and the only spot available is in the front. Now I usually plan around that, and can limit that.

I get it sometimes. Try taking Ginger Root supplements before traveling. They're Mythbusters approved. Do be mindful that it might not be enough for something like planes, which is the case for me, though it works perfectly fine for car rides.

Well, that's a mean way to address your mother.
