Funimation announced Terror in Resonance (Zankyou no Terror) as a simulcast way back on May 27:

Hopefully with Animax UK picking up so many series from last season that were Funimation simulcasts here, they will do the same again this season (but much earlier). I notice they just added another one (No-Rin) a couple of days ago.

I still haven't seen any information on their simulcasts for this season, however.

I expect there is a chance CR could get an "ex-US" simulcast of the series, but those don't include English-speaking countries, and therefore wouldn't benefit anyone in the UK. The gap between now and when Funimation announced also argues against that (and even more strongly against CR also getting a normal license for the series, as no doubt someone will suggest).

It doesn't appear so. Funimation has licensed it, but so has Daisuki.

The odd thing is, Daisuki's announced regions for the series included (among others), "all countries in North, Central & South America", yet while the series appears on their site for other countries, it doesn't (at least currently) when viewed from the US.

At this point, it appears those in the US (and possibly Canada) may have to view the series at Funimation (or possibly Hulu), but those from most other countries will be able to view it at Daisuki.net. (Just be certain to create a free account and log in, so that you can view it in HD).

If I weren't a Funimation subscriber, and my choices were Funimation, Hulu, and Daisuki, I would definitely go with Daisuki (as thus far, they have had only a single pre-roll ad, and sometimes not even that).

It's really unfortunate that Akame ga Kill isn't available here. Oh well, at least I've got Persona and some extras from this list.

Tokyo Ghoul has been taken by Funimation, if I'm not mistaken.

Terror of Resonance has actually been licensed by Anime Limited (All the Anime) for both simulcast and home video release in the UK.

You will be able to find it over at Wakanim: http://www.wakanim.co.uk/ - after the show premieres in Japan, of course.

Still five boxes left on the lineup page. Not sure what's still out there though. Jinsei, Encouragement of Climb S2, and... Himegoto?

Those 5 boxes won't be the last. CR stated at their AX panel that would be at 50 simulcasts for this season. Even factoring in the 2 boxes that don't show for simulcasts only available outside the US, that means at least 2 more boxes would be added.

I count 9 more anime series premiering this month that have no announced simulcast, and 8 that have skipped over (although I expect 2 of those can be immediately written off).

To clarify, that means CR should have at least 7 more slots remaining and 17 series remaining from July to fill them with. Frankly, I expect them to go a bit over 50 total simulcasts for the season.

Majimoji Rurumo premiered less than 1.5 hours ago in Japan, and was the latest to move from "yet to premiere" to "skipped over". (By "skipped over", I don't mean CR isn't going to get them, simply that they premiered with no simulcast announcement from anyone).

I believe the licenses for Terror in resonance have been scheduled for release tomorrow. Because they wanted exclusive screenings at all the anime con's that have been happening last weekend.
