So I found out about the affiliate program, but I was wondering if there'd be a way to embed crunchyroll episodes onto a site, without needing to provide referrals, as that isn't my intention.

To be more specific, my intention is to embed CrunchyRoll videos of a specific anime onto a wiki site. (Actually, the wiki members are considering whether or not to do anything like this to begin with, but I'm wondering if it's even possible)
I feel the affiliate program, and its need to advertise referrals would be problematic, due to Wikia's Terms of Use agreement that prohibits unauthorized advertising and such.

I believe Section C of "Proprietary Rights and Licenses" in the /tos would cover this.

Basically, no. If CR has a program to allow embedding of videos, your best bet to not getting your account banned, or any risk of possible legal action, you should follow that program. If wikia has stipulations against copyrighted content, the two services may be irreconcilable.
