Daisuki also has it for the US and Canada, but on a one week delay. The same is true for Funimation if you aren't a subscriber, so I would advise viewing at Daisuki (less commercials, HD if you register [for free] and log in).

I count 13 for this month, but one of those (Nyanpuku Nyaruma) is a short form anime that still doesn't have a premiere date and time set.

Of the remaining twelve, you can rule out Pretty Rhythm Puri-Para and probably Gundam-san, leaving 10 titles CR could realistically get (3 of which are short form anime).

Yeah I wouldn't even count Nyanpaku.

And yeah PuriPara and Gundam-san are unlikely.

Well make that 9 now.

CR got Tokyo ESP, but most people won't be happy:

No "English speaking" countries or Latin America.

Although I've haven't seen an announcement in their blog yet, it seems clear Funimation snagged the license to this one.
