Even without an OS, that's pretty damn good.

Would recommend grabbing an SSD for booting, though.

Just *cough* pirate the OS *cough* on TPB. You definitely need a better graphics card and power supply though. In fact, the PC might not even boot properly until you upgrade it to 500W or higher.

Your CPU will hit massive sink in the later games but other than it looks great.

I'd change the motherboard out, and oversize the power supply. The PSU is one of those things that you just buy and don't have to think about. If you get one thats oversized, it will be a single time purchase as you decide to scale your equipment in the future.

Do note that you should change the motherboard before installing an OEM operating system if you intend to do that.
