How do you guys react when things don't work as they are intended to?

You take care of it yourself?
Get some one else to fix it?
Or just smash until… ?
or some other crazy thing i can't think of.

Share of some of the instances where you found yourself trying to use something and its not working properly

Recently been having trouble with things all over the place not working and i have no idea how to even react…
Today for instance I've been trying to watch some anime on my day off and I'm just sitting her refreshing a video page because the video won't load!

It really depends on a few things. Do I know how to fix it? Do I know someone around me can definitely fix it? How much does it cost or would I lose if I can't get it working again? Sometimes I fix or try to and sometimes I smash. I hardly ever go to someone else though unless it was expensive and I know 100% that they can fix it no problem.

If its something that needs to be built then I stare at the box image for a while and if that fails then I go for the manual and if that fails too...then I start swearing until I achieve victory.

I do my research and try my best to fix it. If it doesn't work I just leave it or smash it

It depends. Most things I can fix myself if I just look it up online. It's only if I'm having serious computer troubles that I annoy my brother for help. The only thing I got working again by hitting it was my Nintendo.

It depends on the situation. Usually I try to see if I can fix the problem myself and if I get stuck I go to the manual (if applicable) or ask for help. If that doesn't work--FALCON SMASH!!!!

Make sure to curse when you smash. It increases the chance that it will not only survive but somehow work again after it as well. Just make sure your cursing is just as loud as the smashing or it won't work.

I usually get upset (depending on what's not working). For the most part, I'm stubborn and always try to fix my problems myself.

In high school, I used to have a computer monitor that... had tons of colours everywhere leaking. and I had to constantly punch it really loudly to make the colours go away. MY mum got so annoyed with it, she went and got it replaced...

Recently, I got a Dell ultrabook that doesn't work properly, like it doesn't go to sleep... the rotation doesn't work... and so many other bugs. Sent an angry email to customer service, "I bought this laptop to have fun, not to learn how to fix it... no wonder people are buying Apple products, your product sucks!".

In summary: I get really pissed off when tech gadgets don't work... because I have no idea how to fix them. and it's complicated.. they keep telling me to update the BIOS... I did that like 10 times and still didn't fix anything, so really pissed me off.
