the video slows down to a point i cannot understand the sound and what the characters are saying. I've visited so many computer sites for help, but found nothing. I also get unresponsive plugin. Not in only one anime series, but all videos are having problems. Reinstalling flash player doeasn't work.

Do you see this issue on all Flash sites, or just on CR?

Have you tried clearing the Flash cache?:

I don't believe this is cleared when you re-install, as it can be shared between different plug-ins (i.e., the Active X plug-in for older versions of IE vs. the ones for Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc. vs the built in Flash on Chrome and the IE under Windows 8).


I assume you've restarted Windows at some point, but given the number of people these days that never shutdown or restart their PC, it doesn't hurt to ask.

after i do this do i reinstall? i do admit I've shut down it improperly sometimes, but now I'm starting to shutdown it properly. The only times I shutdown it improperly when it freezes during shutdown process. Sometimes when it restarts it freezes up. I only restart when I'm told to restart by antivirus or updates.

You shouldn't need to in order to see a change after clearing the cache.

ok. well i still have same problems after i did this. if its due to the shutdowns if i do need to restart windows can't afford for now... i had restart it but the restart process froze so i had to shutdown it improperly. Restart success rate is low.
