Well, definitely don't create a new account

If you aren't seeing an option to upgrade to All-Access here: https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct

or here: http://www.crunchyroll.com/premium_comparison

(or you see the option but then are getting the message saying there's nothing for you to upgrade to),

then you should contact support directly through the Contact Us link, and they should be able to take care of it for you.

Yeah I'm having the same problem too, I think it's because I just started a 30 day free trial and can't upgrade until the 30 days are over, if you are also in the trial stage let me know because that might be the problem, if not I would just try the contact us link that lorren posted, let me know how it goes.

This is silly that they dangle a "Free Trial" in front of you, and then YANK it if you actually want to access manga. Bad that it won't even offer you a way to upgrade through the website without throwing up incomprehensible error messages.

Makes me think twice about handing over money, and I haven't even managed to use up any trial yet.
