Getting enough sleep (minimum 8 hours, preferably from 10PM-6AM) is the best beauty secret I'll ever give anyone.

People waste 1000's of dollars on beauty cream, but really... it's this simple thing called sleep that helps you stay young the most. The body starts repairing different parts of your body every hour of sleep, so 1 hour of sleep missed, means 1 hour of unrepaired damage...

Preach. You're 100% correct. Lack of sleep will just affect you in the long run, and not in a good way.

I use BB cream on my face as a shield from the Sun God and his fiery rays of light. It also helps to moisturize and cover my imperfections, so that my enemies may believe I have no imperfections and weaknesses, and shall thus fear me. I wear liquid eyeliner as wings on my eyelids, which are helpful in cutting down my enemies in half with the bat of an eyelash. It also helps that my eyeliner has glitter that comes from starlight and makes me holy. Lastly, I wear reddish lipstick on my lips, so that when my dying victims look upon my face, they will immediately notice the red color, which shall be the last thing they shall ever see as they slip into the underworld, never to return to the living. ^^

This is a good post! I've been changing my eating and living habits for almost the same reason. Exercise + lots of water is always a must, but it really is important to take vitamins as you get older (I've been primarily taking fiber, probiotics, detox, and Omega 3). It gives you the nutrients your body lacks as food isn't enough to cover for it usually. I'll have to try the apple cider vinegar hair wash.

Here's a couple of extra tips that worked for me:

1. Castor oil for longer eyelashes. Just dab it on with a Q-tip overnight daily for results.
2. Coconut oil for healthy skin and hair. Dab a few fingertips worth on as a moisturizer or use it as a hair mask.
3. SLEEP. I can't stress how important this is although ironically, I'm a night owl myself.

Night owls used to be cool man. THEY USED TO BE COOL.

Moroccan oil is like a miracle for your hair.
You can naturally make your nails whitener, if you have stained or yellow nails, by mixing 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and tablespoons of warm water, and soaking your nails in it for 10 minutes. Soaking your nails in milk every so often also helps strengthen them.
If you have a break out put a dab off toothpaste on top of any break out areas as a spot treatment and leave on for as long as possible, and wash it off with warm water. Organic toothpastes help to clean the clogged pores and shrink your pimple or what have you.

I don't shave my legs or arm pits, I wax them even though it hurts like a bitch.
And the best thing to do to keep your face clean is to not put on too much make-up ( It blocks your pores) and wash your face. I use this face cleanser called QV face cleanser, I haven't had any acne since.
And for my hair I just don't wash it for 4 days (I still have baths every night) it lets all the natural oils out. It helps your hair grow and makes it look healthier.
And most importantly get at least 8 hours sleep and eat healthy!!

LET ME GIVE YOU SOME ADVICE SON
Oatmeal Face mask You have oily skin? Use this if your suffering acne like you literally need: Oatmeal, Lemons (I use those green ones) and brown sugar.

1: You blend the dry oatmeal and brown sugar together in the blender
2: Once its all soft and stuff, squeeze lemon juice. Lemon juice is known to clear acne and remove acne scars.
3: Put it on your face and leave for 15 minutes, no longer because you can create premature wrinkles if your young or make your wrinkles in your face if your old.

Lemon has healing properties that I mentioned above. The oatmeal is for sucking up the extra oil in your face because thats whats causing your acne, oil thats clogged up on your pores. And the brown sugar is for the oatmeal and lemon to stick together, and is also scrubby and cleans your face when your washing it off.

DONT TOUCH YOUR FACE OFTEN EITHER IF YOU HAVE ACNE YOUR HANDS ARE DIRTY NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WASH THEM. THEY ARE HOME TO BACTERIA.

1: if you bleach/dye your hair a lot or have sensitive/dry skin or hair don't shower every day. i only shower every 2-3 days
2: if you have sensitive skin problems, use unscented products. the perfume they put into creams stings like a bitch on my skin
3: again for sensitive skin, try having an oatmeal bath
4: deep condition your hair regularly to prevent split ends
5: use cool damp green tea bags and press then gently to your eyes to help clear up your dark circles
6: don't use too many face products. a gentle soap, a blackhead scrub, and moisturizer should be enough. too many products will make things worse
7: your hair looks really good but your roots are greasy? dry shampoo.
8: clean your pillow cases often, they're one of the main causes of acne for a lot of people
9: mood affects your skin to an extent. try having some fun or relaxing. drink some water.

these are all pretty much common sense to me, but a lot of people i talk to haven't thought of a lot of these. voila.
