Eat right, exercise, and get lots of sleep. It's supposed to be common sense, but most kids nowadays don't know that.
Keeping stress low is another; I read to accomplish that, but others have other ways.

Should guys shave/trim their armpits and the beard on their other head?

I don't shave my pits but I trim them really short. It makes applying antiperspirant easier and more effective.

yeah.... I agree with you GreatLordBalzak. trimming is the suitable choice instead of shaving pits. it is a good idea for hygienic reasons.

I do have decent skin from what I've been told. And I look younger than I am.

1. Drink a moderate amount of sake daily. Not a giant bottle. Maybe one measuring cup worth of sake.

2. Take a long bath once a week (1-2 hours), preferably with medicinal powders. Cleans you off completely. It's relaxing, which helps as well.

3. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure. Wear sunscreen.

4. Drink plenty of water. Get enough sleep.

5. If you sweat, don't soak in your own sweat for long periods of time. Wash it off at your earliest convenience. It's good to exercise but stewing in your own sweat can cause acne.

Don't look in the mirror. That improves my perspective on appearance instantly.

Don't smoke. Drink more water daily. Generally eat healthy (you can still eat junk food now and then though).

Morning and night, you clean and wash your face. In this order;

Face Wash / Cleanser (same thing) -> Exfoliate -> Moisitrizer.

Do that day and night, and some sunscreen when you go out.

It's not hard really, it's just about finding what works best for your skin.

Go here to learn more, and read others people posts, and before / afters.

And go here if you wanna start a routine, and help finding out what skin type you are and what best to use, you know just general information.

However if you have spots, acne or something, just go to the doctors and get them to give you something, it's much easier. Then when your skin clears up, you can start a routine.

-Green juice atleast once a week. It's good to detox your body.
-Always wipe your face with a face cleanser or clean towel with cold water. To close your pours and eliminate your sweat in your face. If you continue to leave the sweat it will lead to breakouts.
-Instead of drinking juices with lots of sugars- make fruit infused water. Cut some into slices and put them in your water. You can also add cucumber as well.
-Eat lots of veggies. It reduces the amount of breakouts. My sis had a bad acne problem but since she turned vegetarian and eats a lot of veggies her skin is much better and mostly mever breaks out.
-even if you're not hungry eat snacks: fruit, nuts, veggies. It helps your metabolism.
-if you have a slow metabolism drink green tea: make sure to not add any honey or sugar.
-if you are trying to lose weight don't eat a banana before hand. The amount of potassium in the banana helps slow down your metabolism making it a little difficult to workout calories.

Just take care of yourself what you put in your body and what you put on your body. Research things too ^_^

Exfoliate often, reduce stress(ambiguious I know but here's a tip find out what stresses you out and work from there), eat as best you can, have some sort of movement practice and do it daily, get some sun but dont burn your self, try and get a good nights sleep.

I heard that honey is good for the skin, especially manuka honey (if you can get your hands on it). I have sensitive skin so I sometimes use it as a mask. Or if you want something less sticky, there are tons of masks with honey as a main ingredient.
