sadly mine drinks gas, it was really bad when I still had school but if I lived in the UK.....

Haha most people get by without complaining from my experience... HAs been like this for ages. There was a bit of protest years ago when petrol went above 80p per litre though! It has come down a bit recently, was 5-10p per litre more earlier in the year, so that's good

I think lots more people in the USA have inefficient cars... Most here seem pretty efficient, and there's all sorts of EU laws on vehicle emissions and efficiency now haha Who knows

yeah I can't count how many times I pull up to see a lady driving a massive SUV or a hummer (ugh why would anyone want one of those?) and they are the only one in the car... then again I do drive a taurus

Haha, there's a lot of that here as well... Mostly Land Rovers or Range Rovers instead though Not too efficient, but it's often people with enough money haha, Range Rovers aren't cheap xD

About $3.60 per gallon of regular unleaded where I'm from. That's not too bad, but I wish for the way it all used to be.

yeah I see a few of them but not too often, I mostly see suburbans, the Hummer H2 and the big F-350 trucks that run on diesel and have the extended cabs and beds.... that thing ceases to be a truck and is more like a tank

The city where I go to college I paid anywhere from $3.15-$3.60 a gallon. Right now I'm visiting my parents and the gas here is $4.24 a gallon.

...are an outrage here. Cheapest I've found was $3.91, and that's on the other side of the city, and highest I've seen is $4.77. Of course this implies grade quality too.

Petrol is about £1.24 per litre, Diesel about £1.38 per litre or more here...

Bear in mind £1 per litre is about $7.80 per gallon according to google O_o
Petrol isn't cheap here xD It actually costs under 80p per litre, but there's a whole lot of tax...

Your petrol is £2.10 per gallon, which comes to about 46p per litre O_O So your petrol costs about a third of the cost in the UK, if my maths is right O_o

*starts crying*

Why do we have to pay so much T_T. It seems like everything in the US is more than 30% cheaper.

Average of $4.00 in L.A., depending on where you are. <$4.00 in the more shady areas.

I drive a company truck six days a week and fill my personal truck from the fuel truck at the farm, so I haven't actually paid for fuel all summer. However, the last time I filled up, I paid about $4.20 a gallon for diesel and wanted to light my wallet on fire. I usually fill my truck up when I have 1/4 tank left, so it probably cost me about $100.

When I was driving my personal truck to and from work last year, my fuel bill was ranged from $400-$750 a month, depending fuel prices and whether or not I was hauling stuff around the valley.

5ish years ago I was paying $5.05 a gallon for diesel, and that really sucked. I had just started driving, and $150 to fill my truck was difficult to manage.
