I haven't played my Vita for months now. PS3 gets all the play time. Waiting for Senran Kagura SV. Finally out next Tuesday.

I have a PS Vita and a few games for it like Persona 4 Golden but I haven't used it in a bit. The last game I beat for it was The Sly Cooper Thieves and Time game which was very fun.

My Vita is pretty much all I play these days!

I'm playing through Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;birth 1 at the moment. My copy of Akiba's Trip dispatched today and should be here soon, I can't wait to play that

I'm also looking forward to Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, Hatsune Miku Project Diva F 2nd and Freedom Wars

I am planing to buy a Vita.

What games do you guys recommend?

I was really hoping to get a White PS Vita, but only Japan has those and they are not region free. So I'll be stuck with the boring Black North America version.

Vita is region free. NA had a white Assassin's Creed Vita but it was a limited edition.

A good Vita game to start with is Gravity Rush.

Really? Its Region Free? I swear I thought it wasn't. So I can buy a Japanese Vita and use American games on it?

Yeah. The region problem you might have is with the store. Vita only supports one PSN account at a time. So if you have multiple PSN accounts, for example a JP and NA, and you log in with your NA, you can't use your JP account unless you restore/reformat. You can also use multiple memory cards to skip formatting.

I doubt I'd buy from the PS Store from Japan. But sounds great that I can own a different region Vita. Time to search for a white Vita online now!

They tried but no one bought. Sony really messed up with proprietary memory cards, I'm waiting on a 64GB to be at least $50-60, not some $100 you can find on Amazon. Also, they should had included memory on the system. The 2000 series I believe comes with 1GB, not sure but even then that's nothing.

Another reason I believe the Vita is struggling is Nintendo's fault. When the 3DS first launched, it was $249.99 (if I remember correctly) the same priced the Vita launched. 3DS at the time had very few games that will make someone buy the system for. Vita on the other hand had the best launch lineup. So Nintendo probably got nervous that the Vita will sell more and so they dropped the price to $179.99 and everyone started buying one. People who were interested in the Vita bought the 3DS instead. And so when the Vita launched, people had lost interest.

The new Vita does come with a gig of memory built in that's why I got it instead of trying to track down one of the older models with the better screen. What they don't tell you is it only works if you don't have a memory card. If you add one the built in gig stops working. It was very annoying. Sony has always been horribly overpriced with the proprietary memory since the PSone.

I think the reason that the 3ds outsold the Vita is character recognition (Pokemon, Mario, Zelda) the fact it has almost double the screen size of the Vita probably doesn't hurt. I also think the 3ds wins in the touch test. The Vita feels more like a toy in your hand then the 3ds does. In the 5 minutes you mess around with it at the store display that's big. Still like my Vita better then my 3ds though. The games just seem more like they're aimed at people over 10. I love Persona 4 golden but I look at Persona Q and it makes me a little sad.

Playasia has the best selection of imported devices at pretty decent prices.

I feel you on the Persona Q, luckily I have a 2DS, but I'm wondering if Atlus will release a Persona Q remake for the Vita like they did with Persona 4 in the future. I will gladly double dip.
