"In here." Ben whispered. "Hurry up, if you don't wanna fight whoever that is."

He wanted Keela to come into the room so they could escape and not face whoever the voices belonged to. They were in no condition to fight.

"Oh, I'm sorry...I haven't exactly had time to pamper myself ever since you became a little bitch." Lax bit out, his temper suddenly flying through the roof. Little sleep did that to unstable minds. "You know what," He growled, swiftly kneeing his friend in the gut, purposely where he had been bleeding out only hours ago. "I closed those wounds," he said, kicking him to the ground. "and I'll open them up again." He used the hilt of his sword and assaulted Revan's gut. "You're like a wounded little rabbit. I don't even want to waste my time on you." He left then, quickly collecting what belongings he had from his room. He continued his trek through the linear hall, catching a scent of blood and sweat. And maybe fear.

"You...bastard.." If the situation had been different, Revan would've cut Lax with his blade, but the pain from Lax's sudden attack was too great. "AGH!" The sutured wounds had re opened themselves, and he was in a great deal of pain. He looked around. Lax had left, presumably for good. The medical suppies from the previous night had run out. The only ones that he saw were in a closet near the waiting room where he left the girl. Either I can die from infection, or from a sword. There was a strange irony to the situation. The person who closed his wounds had now ripped them open, and was leaving. Well it wasn't like I was close to the guy. He didn't feel particularly bad about there falling out, but currently that was the least of his problems. Stumbling to the room, he took what little he had in his hands. He tried to keep the medical book from getting blood on it by wrapping it in his coat. He fought to stay conscious, slowly walking along the hallway to where he left the girl. I'm not expecting them to help me, but it's worth a shot. In all honesty, Revan hated relying on others, but in times like these, that was the only option he had. His vision started to fade to black. As he turned the corner, he got a startled and possibly terrified look from a couple. That was the last thing he saw before the pain put him out of commission.

(Lax and Revan had a good run. They'll probs meet again :D)

Keela waited for Lax to leave, apparently, it didn't seem that he was in the mood to play with them. She waited until he was long gone, taking the opportunity to inspect the fallen man. So he was alive... Keela's relief was short lived as she revealed his bandaged chest, noting the reopened wounds with shock. Why would your friend do this to you...? Trying to maintain her anger, she took the man to the closest room in the waiting room area, where she had woken up in a daze. It was where her hallucination of Linny intensified. She still continued to babble in her head. Why are you helping the enemy? You know he's just going to try and kill you again when he wakes up? How stupid can you be? First you fall in love with a-" Keela's concern for the man's labored breathing overcame her thoughts. She laid him on the bed, slowly taking off his jacket. A book had fallen out. Upon closer examination, Keela realized it was a medical book.

There has to be something in here about re-closing wounds... She thought frantically to herself as she ran to the bathroom. She was positive she'd seen a first aid kit in the sink cabinet.

(It was bound to happen eventually XD And yes of course they'll meet again x3)

"Who's this?" Ben asked.

He had appeared silently and was now looking down at the unconscious man. He noticed blood was soaking through his clothing and sighed. He began to remove the mans clothing and looked down at the haphazardly sutures.

"Who ever did this wasn't very good."

Keela came back into the room with the kit, setting it across from the bed. She examined Revan's poorly done sutures and loose bandages with a frown. "He's..." She chose her words wisely, unsure if introducing him as her sparring buddy was a good idea. "He's someone who needs our help." She said hastily, unsure of what to do next regarding his situation.

She scanned the book quickly, finding an explanation on closing wounds. Words seemed to jumble up in her head, but she began arranging the needed materials from the first aid kit on the table. Her hands were shaking. "Relax, Keela. You can do this." The elderly voice spoke gently in her ear, his old hands hovering over Keela's trembling ones. It was just like the time in the forest when she tried to hunt for food- only she failed. This time, failure was not an option.

Benjamin nods and looks down at the sutures.

"We'll have to remove these, whoever did these wasn't a doctor, obviously." He said with a smile.

Ben began to remove the bandages, they were dirty anyway and needed to be changed.

"Whoever did these wounds worked him over, I wonder what the other guy looks like."

Keela agreed silently. Removing the bandages seemed like a simple task, but seeing the stab wounds she inflicted was like relieving the experience. Visions of the stabbing rolled on like a movie as she tried to control her accelerated heart beat. Ben wasn't helping either. The sensation of the Elder's warm touch overcame her hands again, and as if being guided, she grabbed the necessary materials and exhaled a deep breath. I have to save him. After all, I'm the one who almost killed him...

She began re-suturing the wounds, listening closely to the elder's reassuring voice in her head.

(Someone has a guilty conscious XD)

White. His field of vision was a bright white scene. Am I lying down? No, I'm sitting. He was at the sanitary looking cafe table he was before. There was a glass of tasteless iced tea. Might as well be water. He was glad for that much though. "So that man left you?" Revan looked up. It was the girl he saw the night when he faced death. He still couldn't see her face. "Yeah, I suppose he has." "Are you sad?" "No. I had planned on leaving him myself once I got into a better situation." Revan took a sip of the flavorless tea. "Are you going to leave as well?" He didn't know why he asked that, but the last time he was here, he felt an overwhelming serenity and calmness. No doubt she was a part of this. "No Revan, I will not leave you." He smiled. "I think it's funny that I want to stay with you, yet I don't even know your name or what you look like." There was a certain melancholy in his voice. "Whenever I try to remember you, I have a pain in my chest, and I start trembling." He was trembling now. "We used to talk like this all the time." She got closer to him. "Remember Revan. Please. Remember who you are." "Who I am?" His question went unanswered as he faded back into a world of darkness.

Benjamin raised an eyebrow as she worked, he was surprised as she seemed to know what she was doing. He didn't wanna say anything for fear of messing her up. So he just stared and watched as she worked. He knew one thing, he wanted Keela by his side if he ever fought that psycho again.

Keela took peace in the sudden silence that enveloped the room. It made her less tense. After suturing she began securing the placements with a knot, making sure to tighten it sufficiently without damaging the tissue. That's what the book says at least... She thought for a moment, shaking her head. She stopped to pause for a moment, letting herself breathe. "Just keep fighting, okay?" She whispered to the unconscious man, unsure if she was trying to encourage herself as well.

Benjamin watched as she was finishing up. He turned and looked out into the hallway as the lightning flashed and the old man appear and disappeared in the instant that the light disappeared. Benjamin shook his head and exhaled.

Keela glanced over at Ben for a split second, silently wondering what he was thinking about. Walking to the bathroom she got a damp cloth and placed it over the unconscious man's forehead. The gauze around his abdomen was definitely tighter than the previous bandages, which seemed ineffectual since the start. She started cleaning the remaining blood around his body, hoping the blood wouldn't start seeping through the new bandage.

Revan opened his eyes. The first thing he saw was the girl whom he had tried to kill not 24 hours ago, dressing his wounds. He felt a slight pang of emotion he hadn't felt in quite some time. Remorse? Regret? He couldn't decide. He closed his eyes again. With a sigh, he forced out the words: "I'm sorry." He waited for a reaction, an attack or a blade to the throat. He deserved it, after all. The seconds felt like hours. He tried to recall what he had saw in his dream. Who is that girl? Why do I feel terrible when I try to remember her? The pain was still present, but it wasn't nearly as severe when Lax assaulted him out of nowhere. His eyes opened again. The room was the same as the one he left the girl in earlier. Now I'm the one who needed help.

Benjamin narrowed his eyes as he thought he saw another female figure in the hallway. The lightning flashed again and the figure grew larger, and there was no doubt that it was there. He turned towards her as she walked toward them, she appeared to be covered in blood and wearing a kunoichi type robes. He felt like he'd known her before and couldn't explain the hatred he felt towards her.

"Remember me?" she asked

She walked closer and suddenly the figure of the old man appeared and she slit his throat without a moments hesitation. Licking the blood off her knife, she suddenly threw a kunai and it impaled in the wall beside Ben. He jumped back and into the chair making a loud noise. He stood up looked back outside and both the girl and and the kunai where gone.

Keela looked down at the man, a bit taken aback by his sudden apology. She didn't peg him as the type to apologize, but it seemed like he was trying to turn over a new leaf. "No need to apologize," she said softly, "I'm the one who should be-" Keela jumped at the sudden noise, looking at Ben with a start. "W-what's wrong?" She asked him, following his line of sight outside the hallway. She didn't see anything. Or at least, not what Ben had saw. Is he...hallucinating, just like I was...?
