Front Desk Rudeness at Crunchyroll office

So recently I called the Crunchyroll Office in San Francisco because Support has ignored me or been giving me excuses. Well Someone is obviously in the office if my phone provider can inform me that the line is busy.

So I wait 10 or 5 minutes and I call. The line just keeps dialing when suddenly I come to a beep, I assume it's the answering machine so I proceed to leave my name and number for a call back and explain that I am aware that you are in the office and listening. I can then hear the sounds of someone fiddling with the phone probably pressing buttons or what not and I am suddenly hung up on.

If you are going to present yourself with premium customer support. Answer your fucking office phone and don't pretend to be absent or answer your bloody emails.

Hi there!

So we actually do not have a phone support line. I'm not sure where you were able to locate a phone number but I'm afraid we don't provide phone support.

So you were probably clashing with one of the random employees- not Support Representatives or a front desk clerk. With that said, it seems you emailed in regarding a store inquiry. Right now we only have 2 support representatives that handles store inquiries and we've been extremely busy and have been experiencing high volume of emails--much more than normal. So it will take time for them to reply back to you.

Rest assured, we are not ignoring you at all! Sincere apologies for the confusion and if you feel mistreated.
