I've had beef tongue, intestines, horse, and other strange things.
I don't recommend tongue, it's chewy.

Haggis is good.. It's sort of like ground up sausage with little pebbles in it... Or maybe it only seems good because I've usually had a few rounds before I order it.. Hard to tell, to be honest.

-Horse (nigiri sushi, raw): Nice
-Whale (dried jerky): Awful
-Whale (ground up in potato croquette): OK
-Tongue: Very nice, if sliced thin and cooked quickly
-Steak and kidney pie: Not bad, if the sauce is good.
-Soft roe (fish semen): Not my thing
-Snake: not bad, kinda fish meets chicken
-Squirrel: stringy, not my favorite, but not awful.
-Antelope: Very nice
-Emu/Ostrich: Very nice, but very lean. Needs a good sauce.
-Sea Urchin: Ok, not worth the price for me. Wife loves it.
-Blowfish: Nearly tasteless.
-Chitlins (intestines): Awful.
-Tripe: Not really my thing, but didn't make me yack.
-Chicken cartilage: Taste is fine, texture is oh-so-wrong. Again, wife loves it.
-Natto (fermented soybeans): Like eating a slimy dirty gym sock. Wife loves it.
-Real Kim Chee (fermented cabbage, old school put-it-in-a-hole-in-the-ground-and-leave-it-for-a-few-months): Crazy spicy and tasty, but the cabbage texture ain't my favorite.
-Hundred-year-old egg: Truly vile.

That's all I can think of right now. Might edit if I think of more.

turkey heart and pig's tongue and eye. Every time I feast upon the heart of a turkey I gain it's power. Turkey power.

I've eaten donkey meat before. It was actually really good, like grass-fed beef.

Probably meat pies.
I've had some interesting meals but this one remains a mystery.

Are you Mexican? Lol
I'm not a big fan of menudo. My mom cooks it in a way that it smells awful. She says the yucky flavor is what makes it good. Gross,

...How can someone describe something as "yucky" and still claim it's good? It makes no sense.

Most unusual food I have had....Taco Bell. Surely there is some pretty weird stuff mixed into that "beef" right?

Head cheese... Made from all the meaty, gristly parts of a pig's head. Homemade is best.
