Head cheese... Made from all the meaty, gristly parts of a pig's head. Homemade is best.

Mexicans call it pig cheese. I'm not a big fan.

Blood sausage. Apparently you're not supposed to curdle it, but I've had it curdled a little bit and I don't think it's so bad.

A long time ago, I went to this restaurant and someone ordered snake skin. It was quite...unique.

My man and his friend thought it would be funny to get jellyfish to try. In all actuality it was pretty damn good with the seasonings they put on it. It has a weird texture, but easily forgivable with the seasonings.

frog legs
Korean silk worms
different flavored crickets
scorpion lollipop
(that's what I can think of off the top of my head)

Hmm.. maybe.. goat and cow brain, and their liver and hearts. The brain has a scrambled egg texture.

I think the most unusual thing I've ever eaten was a pigs foot -.-.

I don't recommend tongue, it's chewy.

That wasn't tongue... Tongue is the most tender meat, as it's a muscle that is used frequently, so good blood flow; but it's not worked too hard, so tender.

I've eaten donkey meat before. It was actually really good, like grass-fed beef.

Must have been some nice donkey. Had some in Egypt and it was like chewing on a shoe.

Donkey
Goat(brain, eyes, everything else.
Snake
Alligator
Horse
Dog
Real Kimchi
Chicken feet
Scorpion
Cricket
Camel Burger
Ziviania
Pigeon
Goldfish stew
Giant Rat?
Whale
Seal
Beaver
Of all the foods I have eaten and seen eaten, the worst was visiting an isolated village in Central Mexico and being offered glasses of warm milk, I wasn't feeling well as I had the flu so I declined, but my traveling companions accepted as a matter of courtesy(it's really rude to refuse hospitality in most of the world). Turned out to be fresh bull sperm.

Compared to most here I have not had anything considered unusual.

I've had uncommon, for my area at least, stuff like Rabbit, Venison, Certain insects, and I think once I had some form of Horse.

It was at a pretty high-class place in Beijing. I'd imagine they marinated the hell out of it before cooking it.
