Samsung TV App not working

So I've had my Samsung TV for more than a year now and have had Crunchyroll downloaded for a fair while. The app used to work perfectly and I never ran into a problem, however last week it suddenly stopped working and I've no idea why.

I go into my Smarthub as usual and select the app. It either freezes on the black screen straight after selecting it or gets stuck on the grey loading screen. I've left it loading for hours before and nothing has worked. I haven't changed my internet settings and other apps that I use (Youtube, on Demand and Radio channels for example) all work perfectly still.

Any help would be much appreciated,

I am having the same problem actually, Its only the CR app that isn't working too.

I'm now currently having this problem again too! It did start working then stopped again after a few days. My dad apparently found out somewhere that (This may not be the problem but just thought I'd say) there needs to be a system update (not like the ones that happen regularly or something.) Just in case this helps, try to reinstall the smart tv (I think it's: smart tv - tools - reinstall). Or try resetting the smart tv. Hope it works soon!

I am having exactly the same issue.

I am surprised that with all the topics about the same stuff, CR staff hasn't addressed the issue.

I will not reinstall my whole smart hub just for one App, that is ridiculous and unnecessary, specially because everything else works just fine.

Is any one looking in to this issue?

If I can't watch it on my tv any longer then I'll have to discontinue my account.

My crunchyroll app on my tv says "We can not connect. Check back later". It's been like two hours but nothing has change
