Don't know if he counts as a full bibliophile, maybe more of a mangaphile, but Kumagawa Misogi is one of my favs. I haven't seen listed. While his love, is geared specifically to Shonen manga, he can always be seen reading one or often referencing one.

Chizuru Akaba from Seitokai no Ichizon. She's definitely not the biggest bibliophile, but screw it. She can be really cute and she's sadistic. What more could you possibly want?

Yomiko Readman from Read or Die.

She works for the British Library Special Operations Divison as a field agent figthing book related crimes and terrorism. Also on her spare time she's a substitute teacher
.

Her name also plays on her nature as a bibliophile. "To read" in Japanese is pronounce yomu. Also the obivious one Yomiko READMAN To top it of Yomiko is one bonoffee cutie in glasses

I love her clumsiness, ability to control paper(I want that power), kindness, cuteness, love for books, and bravery.

Victorique de Blois and Dalian first come to mind.
Sanzenin Nagi is also a bibliophile in a way; she loves her manga and light novels.

No one's mentioned him so far, but I love the unfortunate protagonist from Tokyou Kushi (tokyo ghoul), Kaneki. Never doubt the shit that can happen because you liked a girl for her taste in books.

Nagato from Haruhi Suzumiya. She's the first character that drew me into the series.

Patchouli Knowledge. Depicted here in (delicious but non-canon) glasses.

Yuki Nagato is a close second.
